I can't confirm my order. What should I do?

We've conducted extensive tests to ensure that it works properly, but if you encounter any problems, we're here to help. Please contact us at hello@animalsvit.com, specifying the type of device (PC, cell phone, tablet) and browser you're using, as well as the page where you encountered a blockage.

When will I receive my invoice?

As soon as your order is shipped, you receive the invoice.

Do I have to create an account before paying?

Yes, we invite you to create an account. It's very simple, just follow the instructions.

How can I pay?

Delivery

Where is my package? How long do I have to wait to receive my order?

When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking link to be able to track your package with our transporter.

What is express delivery?

Do you want your order to be delivered very quickly for some reason? That's possible. Just send us an e-mail (hello@animalsvit.com) and we will inform you as soon as possible. This service is subject to a fee. We will be happy to give you more information on this.

The package delivered is incomplete. A product is missing.

Returns

Can I return the product?

Have you ordered the wrong product? Or changed your mind and want to return the products? No problem. Just let us know: hello@animalsvit.com You have 15 days to return the product and we'll refund your money. There is one important condition: the bottle must be unopened.

How do I make a return?

If the product is not opened, you can return it within 15 days in its original packaging. Send us an email first and we will provide you with a packing slip that you can place on the package. You can then bring your package to a post office.

Do I have to pay shipping costs?

No, just place the slip on your package. You do not have to pay shipping costs.
